Pushkar Cocktail Bar and Dining on Broad Street adds a BiBA Best in Britain Restaurant Award to its 2013 accolades. The award is presented to only 50 restaurants nationwide which are deemed to be ‘exceptional’ in service and cuisine. Pushkar was described by the organisation as an ‘elegant restaurant with wonderful food from Head Chef, Bishal Rasaily’.

The awards, now in it’s 15th year, is presented in conjunction with the Federation of Specialist Restaurants and Mood Food Magazine to support the growth and development of ever higher standards in the ethnic restaurant sector, and to recognise ethnic restaurants offering nothing but excellence and the highest standards in food and service for 2013.

Rai Singh, Creative Director at Pushkar, comments on the recent award: “we are thrilled to be recognised as one of just 50 restaurants across the UK to receive a BiBA award for excellence. I’d like to thank the hard work of our wonderful team and, of course, our loyal customers. We hope to continue being recognised as one of the best in this sector.”
