A leading Shropshire HR consultancy is starting the New Year in style with the launch of a dedicated training division to help business owners, team leaders, and supervisors develop their managerial skills.
Starting later this month [January], Triangle HR’s new Triangle Management Training Ltd arm will deliver a series of group workshops covering a broad range of core employment topics, giving delegates a fantastic opportunity to develop their skills and share expertise in a confidential environment.
Training workshops will focus on subjects such as handling disciplinary and grievances, managing sickness absence and stress in the workplace, right the way through to best practice recruitment and selection, managing performance, conducting appraisals and handling redundancies and reorganisations. The sessions will be run by a team of highly-experienced HR professionals and accredited trainers to deliver workshops in their particular area of expertise.

The majority of the workshops will be delivered from Triangle HR’s extended office space in Knights Court, Battlefield Enterprise Park, Shrewsbury, although there is also scope for sessions to be delivered on-site at larger employers, or organisations outside of the county, who are interested in developing the skills of a number of staff members.
“In essence, these workshops are about giving managers and supervisors the toolkit to help them manage such issues in the workplace. For example, some staff may be highly competent in specific matters, such as conducting job interviews, but may need a helping hand to develop their expertise and confidence in other areas like dealing with workplace conflict or recognising discrimination.
