Employees at Dains Accountants are celebrating after achieving new qualifications which enhance their roles.
Four staff have completed a series of accountancy and HR awards as part of the company’s commitment to staff development and progression.
Tax Assistant Manager Sam Palmer has achieved his ACA/CTA (Association of Chartered Accountants) qualification and Tax Assistant Sophie Rowley has completed her ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) award.
Audit Senior Tom Rosen is the first student at Dains to complete the ACA qualification through the Level 7 Apprenticeship scheme.
Meanwhile, HR Advisor Rachel Wakefield has also achieved success after completing her Level 5 CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) award.
Employees at Dains are encouraged to flourish in their careers and gain valuable workplace experience which goes hand-in-hand with achieving qualifications.
The company offers a graduate and apprentice recruitment programme across all core areas of its accountancy practice which has offices in Birmingham, Lichfield, Derby, Burton and Stoke-on-Trent.
Staff are given the opportunity to work towards a series of accountancy qualifications at Certificate, Professional and Advanced Levels.
Dains also offers a variety of other qualifications across other areas of the business, including The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development programmes and a Digital Marketing Level 3 qualification.
