Colleagues at Fisher German’s Worcester office celebrate the award win

A leading property agency in Worcester has won a prestigious industry award for the sixth consecutive year.

Fisher German has been named Worcestershire’s most active agent 2018 by Estates Gazette – one of the UK’s leading magazines reporting on the commercial property market.

During 2018, the firm has completed more than 100 deals, working on a number of high-profile developments including Nunnery Park, in Worcester and Ratio Park and Hartlebury Trading Estate, in Kidderminster, as well as numerous other projects across the Midlands market.

Highlights have included letting a unit spanning more than 40,000 sq ft at Hartlebury Trading Estate to Apex Supply Chain Technologies and letting the first floor of Kings Court, in Worcester, to Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust.

The team has also seen a number of new appointments as well as the continued professional development of current staff members which has seen colleagues achieve chartered status and industry qualifications including the AssocRics award.

Duncan Bedhall, Commercial Sector Head at Fisher German, said: “We are very pleased to be awarded most active agent in Worcestershire for the sixth time.

“It demonstrates our continuing successes, picking up major instructions through to work on smaller developments right across the Midlands.

“We are committed to expanding and strengthening the business for the benefit of our clients, and have seen our Commercial sector double over the last two-and-a-half years. We now look forward to continuing this period of success as we go into 2019.”
