A winning duo received Bellway’s annual customer care award for the West Midlands after buyers gave them 100 per cent satisfaction ratings.

Site manager Nick Edmond and sales advisor Linda Knapton worked together at Bellway’s Honeybrook development in Kidderminster.

Buyers at the site in Wolverley Park recognised their attention to detail and commitment to their customers, which led to them securing the top scores.

Sales and Marketing Director for Bellway West Midlands, Stephen Rose, said: “I’d like to congratulate Nick and Linda on their success.

“Customers are at the heart of everything we do at Bellway so this award is always closely contested.

“To have a site manager and sales advisor both achieving perfect scores is fantastic and it is a reflection on their unstinting dedication to their customers.”

Bellway surveys each of its buyers after they complete their purchase and gives out a monthly award for customer care based on their scores. The results of this feed into the annual awards.

Nick, who also won an NHBC Pride in the Job Award this year, is now site manager at Newland Manor in Droitwich. Linda moved to Waterside Walk in Droitwich in April this year and only has a couple of homes left to sell there.

There is only one home remaining at Honeybrook and enquiries are being dealt with at Bellway’s Keeper’s Lock development in Clenmore Street, Kidderminster.
