The familiar face of a long-established kitchen and bathroom supplier in Shropshire has been given a makeover with the launch of a new website.

QA has been in business for more than 30 years and is one of the county’s leading suppliers of kitchens, bathrooms and bedroom furniture.

And now it is keeping ahead of the game after launching a new mobile friendly website, giving customers the option to design their dream home wherever they are.

The new website has been designed by Helen Culshaw and her team at Shifnal-based agency Ascendancy Internet Marketing in collaboration with Mark Luckman, of marketing company The Best of Telford.

It coincides with a complete brand overhaul with new signs installed at both its newly refurbished showrooms in Newport and Wellington.

Dave Teece, managing director of QA, said: “We are really pleased with the new website and the partnership with Ascendancy and the Best of Telford demonstrates how local business can work together to achieve excellent results.

“Whilst we have been trading in Shropshire for more than 30 years we have always felt it important to move with the times and the new site reflects this.

“It is mobile friendly allowing customers to access it at all times from their mobile phone or tablet and it has an easy to use interactive facility which means people can design their own dream kitchen or bathroom without even having to leave home.

“The site also links directly to our Facebook page where we keep customers up to date with latest home decor trends and interesting news.”

The new website and brand overhaul represents a multi-thousand pound investment for the Shropshire firm.

Ascendancy director Helen said it was a good timing for QA to update its website.

She said: “It’s essential in today’s modern world that websites are mobile friendly. So many people browse the internet using their phone. Gone are the days when you need to be sat at a desk behind a computer to find information and services.

“The online design tool is also a great easy to use tool for customers, giving them added incentive to visit the site.”

Mark, who has been managing QA’s social media and marketing for the last six years, added: “A lot of time and investment has gone into the new website. It’s been an exciting project and it’s sure to be hit with customers old and new.”
