The Strategi Solutions Group purchases new headquarters as next step in growth strategy

Professional business consultancy, Strategi Solutions Group is on the move again for the fourth time since the business launched just over 3 years ago.

The company’s relocation to even larger premises at Lymedale Business Park in Newcastle-under- -Lyme, has been driven by Strategi’s ambitious plans for development, which has already seen the team grow from two, to the current team of twenty in line with the company’s continued diversification into new service areas.

This latest move is of particular significance to the company, as the management team took the decision to actually purchase their new headquarters to accommodate their future growth ambitions and to give them the freedom to create their own contemporary work environment.

To assist with the purchase of the building, funding has been secured from the European Regional Development Fund who recognised Strategi’s potential for future development. Support for the deal was received from HSBC, Mitten Clarke and Freeths (Stoke).

Strategi officially took ownership of their new headquarters on November 29th, which marks the beginning of several months of extensive building work to transform the building.

The new office space will showcase the talents of Strategi’s team of designers, who have been responsible for creating all of the design concepts for the interior layout and furnishings.

These plans include a dedicated customer zone, a presentation/training area and space for social events.

The area for the team has been designed to enable people to easily hot desk, as well as providing break out and quiet areas for staff to work in or hold meetings.

The Design Team has, of course, added lots of creative and quirky touches from a digital ceiling to the use of contemporary and vibrant furniture.
