Building work is progressing well at two new homes developments in North Solihull, as another two sites in the area have completely sold out.
All the homes have now been sold at Bellway’s Digby Court and Galia Park developments – an area where, according to Rightmove, house prices have risen seven per cent in the last year, and 19 per cent since 2014.
Construction is also progressing apace at Bellway’s Alderbrook development in Smith’s Wood and its Lakeview development in Babbs Mill Nature Reserve.
Head of Sales for Bellway West Midlands, Marie Richards, said: “At Bellway, we have a long history of building in North Solihull and we have always found our developments in the area to be very popular.
“The last homes at Digby Court and Galia Park were sold within one week of each other, so we’re glad to be releasing new homes at Alderbrook and Lakeview to keep up with local demand.
“North Solihull offers great value for first-time buyers and families alike, with three-bedroom homes priced from just £190,000 at Alderbrook. Help to Buy is available at the development, which has brought home ownership within reach of so many.
“House prices in North Solihull continue to rise – up 19 per cent over the past four years according to Rightmove – so now is the time to buy before they rise further still.
“I would urge potential buyers to visit our Alderbrook development as soon as possible, to see the fantastic deals available.”
Three-bedroom homes at Alderbrook are currently priced from £190,000, with homes being sold from Bellway’s Lakeview development off Cooks Lake. The sales centre is open between 10.30am and 5pm from Friday to Wednesday, with a late night opening until 7.30pm on Thursday.
