Steve Coleby joins Lovell as managing director

Steve Coleby has this month taken up his new role as managing director of Midlands-based partnership homes developer Lovell. Lovell has its Midlands regional office in Quinton, Birmingham, and its national head office in Tamworth, Staffordshire.

Steve joins Lovell – which is the partnership homes division of Morgan Sindall Group – from Laing O’Rourke. Former Lovell managing director Jonathan Goring has moved to the position of partnerships director for Morgan Sindall Group.

Steve brings to Lovell over 24 years of experience at Laing O’Rourke where he started as a trainee. He spent time as managing director of UK Infrastructure and then went on to become the managing director of UK construction, later becoming the commercial director for Europe and Middle East.
