The national serviced office provider, which lets and manages office space and light industrial units at the RRZ Enterprise centre on Holme Lacey road, in Hereford, is delighted to welcome Julie to its growing team.
“Hereford is an up and coming city with £21.9m investment being poured into local industry and future workforce through the Marches Local Enterprise Partnership. Flexspace will be supporting the on-going growth of the local business economy by providing affordable and flexible workspace,” explained Julie.
The local businesswoman is no stranger to the industry. She has 12 years experience, having previously worked for Regus before the Flexspace merger in 2017, and before that with Evans Easyspace. She now returns to the same patch, with her West Midlands’ responsibility spreading from Hereford to Leominster and Caerphilly.
“Highlights in my career include getting to chat to David Cameron in 2012 when he visited Hereford. I emphasised the lack of small business rate relief for business start ups – thankfully this is now in place,” added Julie.
“I care passionately about SMEs in all of our business units. They all bring diversity and growth to a region. My job is to support them along their business journey and I relish this responsibility.”
