The multi-award winning Italian restaurant company, San Carlo Group, today announces that its latest venture in the Midlands, Fumo at Selfridges, Birmingham will open at noon on Saturday 14th October.
The stylish new £1m 3,000 sqft restaurant, champagne and cocktail bar will be located on the 4th floor of Selfridges and overlooks the iconic Bullring.
Set to be a haven for foodies and cocktail connoisseurs, Fumo will serve an all-day menu of delicious, regional Italian small plate dishes to share or eat alone and a changing specials menu will feature options exclusive to the Selfridges venue. The feature bar will specialise in cocktails and Laurent Perrier champagne, with a selection of signature cocktails unique to the new Fumo.
Fumo at Selfridges will be the third Birmingham restaurant and bar from the independently owned San Carlo Group which owns and operates 17 leading Italian restaurants in the UK including the much loved original San Carlo on Temple Street and the critically acclaimed Fumo on Waterloo Street.
