Ricemedia recruits five new staff to meet growing demand

Local digital marketing specialists Ricemedia have recruited five new members of staff to cope with the growing demand for their digital marketing services. Founded in 2001, Birmingham-based Ricemedia are the region’s longest established SEO and PPC agency, and have taken on new staff after winning a number of large new clients across the Midlands.

Business owner and founder Paul Rice commented, “If you told me when I started this business over 18 years ago that I would take on five new members of staff in a week, I wouldn’t have believed you! It’s incredibly rewarding to be able to offer careers to such enthusiastic and smart young people. The future is very bright for them and us.”

The new starters are all local recruits and will now complete Ricemedia’s best-in-class in-house training programme. Recent addition Rhys Kendrick stated “I came into this job with just over 3 years experience in digital marketing. However, the training here is very comprehensive, well-structured and presented at an expert level. I’ve therefore learnt so much in such a short space of time.”

Isabelle Drury agreed, “I’ve also learnt so much already, having previously worked as a sole marketer. I’m excited to be part of such a well-established team and I’m eager to see how my role grows in the future.”

The agency has added James Guest to the Business Development Team, demonstrating growing confidence in the Midlands’ business sector. James is a well-known face in Birmingham’s business circles, having joined ‘Future Faces Chamber of Commerce’s’ committee last year.
