Almost 8,000 sq ft of refurbished Grade A office space has been brought to the market in Worcester, providing much needed space as demand in the area continues.
GVA has been appointed to find occupiers for the space, which is split across the first and second floors at Attwood House, located at Perdiswell Park to the north of the city centre. The quoting rent at Attwood House is £16.50 per sq ft.
