The team at QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright Estate Agents have battled for gold in the British Property Awards 2019 and come out in first place, named as the winner for Worcester.
Known as one of the most inclusive estate agency awards because there is no price barrier for entry, it made for stiffer competition and meant agents had to bring their A-game. The team were independently judged against 25 criteria and performed outstandingly throughout the judging period, which focused on customer service.
The British Property Awards provide agents throughout the UK with an invaluable opportunity to compare the service they provide against the service provided by local, regional and national competition.
Robert McLean from The British Property Awards said the awards were specifically designed to be attainable to all agents.
“Our award has also been designed to remove any opportunity for bias or manipulation,” Mr McLean said, adding, “If an agent has been attributed with one of our awards, it is simply down to the fantastic customer service levels that they have demonstrated across a prolonged period of time. Winning agents should be proud that their customer service levels provide a benchmark for their local, regional and national competition.”
Laura-Ann Wood, Manager of QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright Estate Agents, said she was “incredibly proud” to hear the news.
“Our team work hard to offer the best possible service to have happy clients, which is why we’re so thrilled to receive this accolade that acknowledges our expertise and ongoing commitment to be the best in the business,” Ms Wood said.
QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright Estate Agents has now been shortlisted for a number of national awards that will be announced later in the year.
