This month PAB commissioned its new Prima Platino 2.0 Fiber laser cutting machine. The laser was purchased to increase the capacity of our workshop and this model was selected because of it faster cutting speeds and its ability to product intricate cutting shapes. We are seeing an increase in demand for super car grill requirements and the advanced capabilities of the Prima Platino plus the fact Prima’s UK HQ is located in Coventry made this price of equipment the ideal choice.

Mark Brazier, Managing Director, explains the significance of this new purchase:

“The addition of this new laser to our workshop increases our manufacturing capacity and enables us to take on more super car projects. We work closely with a number of high-end automotive companies and we are looking at expanding this market in 2016. PAB is fortunate to have the support of Lloyds TSB and the bank helped us obtain capital investment through its Asset Finance scheme. Mark Harnett has been our Business Bank Manager for many years and understands our business and plans for growth. This investment will allow us to take advantage of more opportunities in 2016”
