IT and technical recruitment specialist Outsource UK Ltd, who has an office in Newcastle-Under-Lyme, has been awarded the coveted ISO 9001 quality management standard in recognition of the consistent quality service it provides to clients across the business.
The accreditation applies to all of Outsource’s offices across the UK and ensures that operating systems and procedures are traceable, streamlined and help to increase the efficiency of the business.
Having ISO 9001 accreditation puts Outsource ahead of the game when it comes to tendering and winning work, and gives current and potential clients the confidence that Outsource’s business practices are of top quality.
Aspects such as how both contract and permanent vacancies and applicants are handled and matched, inductions, training and appraisals are included in the standard, as well as management procedures and administration.
