Henshalls has been in business in Newport for almost 50 years, but they’re constantly developing and refining the products and services they provide. And now the team has installed new software that gives customers 24-hour access to insurance cover.
Thanks to the new system, both existing and new clients can request online quotations day and night, and Henshalls is the only broker in the county to provide such a flexible service.
The online “quote and buy” facility is already proving popular with a whole range of local businesses, as it means customers from all kinds of industry sectors can use it both during – and outside – traditional office hours to obtain a quote.
With the online system now launched, Henshalls is now also investing in the development of a real-time chat facility and a Smartphone app that will allow clients to access their documents and information online.

Henshalls introduced the software as a direct result of customer demand, and to accommodate the growing number of clients looking for online access to professional services and advice.
