Midlands telecoms firm in Scottish expansion

Network Telecom has expanded its telecoms reach into Scotland confirming its credentials as a nationwide supplier to small and medium sized businesses. The Midlands company, established in the highly competitive communications industry for the past 20 years, continues its strong growth leading to a forecast £10m turnover this year.

A new regional office has been established to service the regions of Glasgow, Edinburgh and the surrounding areas, following on from its customer spread into the north, east and south of the UK.

“The Midlands is our hub where we have been established for more than two decades but our targeted growth has seen us now extend our telecoms reach nationwide,” said Steve Day, Head of Business Development at the Telford firm.

“We have a successful and tested business model which we’ve replicated into all regions across the country, with our expansion into Scotland being the latest.”

Based at a 17,000sq ft Hadley Park HQ, a new office opened in Newcastle at the beginning of the year, completing an extraordinary period of expansion for the Shropshire firm.

With a steadily rising client base of more than 2,500 businesses, the company also has regional representatives in Sheffield, Nottingham, Leicester, Manchester, Birmingham, Portsmouth and London.

Network Telecom has maintained its technological edge providing SME’s with the full range of telecoms and IT equipment tailored to the individual needs of each business.

Steve Day puts their success down to its exceptional levels of customer service, where all clients receive personal visits from a highly knowledgeable account management team. This ensures that customers get the most out of their communications to maximise efficiency and productivity levels, and enhance the service that they deliver their clients.

As a subsidiary of NT Technology Group, Network Telecom provides business telephone systems, lines and calls, broadband, domain hosting, business mobiles, and IT and data solutions. It is one of just 16 elite UK telecoms providers recognised by Samsung as a Platinum Business Partner – the first in the Midlands.
