On the back of what was a record year for Kennet Equipment Leasing during 2011, the company has begun 2012 with the appointment of additional sales staff and a new Director, as they build on the successes of the last 12 months.
2011 saw their results grow by 44% on the previous year – and this looks set to continue as Kennet targets new business areas and builds its’ business portfolio.
Recent appointments have included the internal promotion of Adrian Lamb to Sales Director. Having been with Kennet for 10 years, Lamb has been a major force in helping to drive the sales through to their current levels. Kennet also recently welcomed Adam Williams and Maurice Muchinda to the sales force, in response to the additional demand.
Chairman Steve Swift commented – “I do not see the economy changing dramatically in 2012, but our results have shown that if we do the job to the best of our ability, don’t get complacent and keep our morals, ethics and professionalism, then people and businesses want to deal with us. Our desire to be one of the industry’s best leasing and finance companies is therefore enhanced by our company ethos, and this in turn will help us generate even more business during the next 12 months.
“Our recently revamped logo now includes the strap line “giving a business the power to grow” and reinforces our primary aim – to assist businesses and allow them to invest – something that many banks and lenders are currently not willing – or able – to do.”
