Humberts is delighted to announce an expansion in their local expertise following the opening of six regional, county-wide ‘Hubs’. In the Cotswold, this means a new ability to service the Cotswolds area with the appointment of Property Consultant, Nick Day.
Humberts’ High Street offices are all in the process of being replaced by high-tech, high touch regional Hubs from which Property Consultants are servicing more extensive areas than ever before. The first six Hubs are operating in the Cotswolds, Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Kent & Sussex and Cheshire – a brand new area for Humberts – and these are already reporting a profitable first four months of trading under the company’s new ownership, exceeding management’s expectations and demonstrating their place in the market as trailblazers of a new estate agency culture.
Expanding their focus further than areas previously serviced by High Street offices is a key priority of the company in order to provide wider regional expertise.
Originally from the Cotswolds, Nick Day moves back to his home county after living in London where he ran his own property company for over twelve years. Cotswolds life called him back to work on refurbishing a large old farm house, before joining Humberts in September as a Property Consultant covering the north Cotswolds and south Worcestershire areas, north of the A40 to Stratford-upon-Avon and Burford to Cheltenham.
Nick says: “I have been working with customers for over twelve years covering every aspect of the property journey – from sales to property management, small works to full refurbishments. These are all hugely personal and important events in people’s lives and I’m excited to be back in my home county and part of a new era for Humberts where we can offer our customers much more of a service offering across a wider regional area.”
