Gruhme-BSAwards-SplashPromoAt the 5th annual Beauty Shortlist Awards, the British up-and-coming brand Gruhme was voted Best Men’s Fragrance 2016 in the men’s grooming category. Rob Hallmark, the founder and CEO, said “We are incredibly proud to receive this recognition, and hopefully there are many more to come in the future as we continue to develop our brand and introduce new exciting products”.

Proudly made in the UK, this award winning fragrance emphasises style through simplicity. It is named for its 14% concentration ensuring a pronounced sillage that is sure to impress with its contemprorary sophistication. With citrus top notes married to an enduring woody base and patchouli heart, Gruhme No.14 is a truly versatile scent for the modern gentleman.

Gruhme was founded in December 2013 and now, just over two years later, the company is going from strength to strength with several stockists across the country, from London to Edinburgh. Their latest product, the Gruhme reed diffuser, has already been adopted by several luxury hotels and a michelin star restaurant. Tom Kollen is looking after business development and says partnering with the right kind of brands and retailers has been a crucial part in growing the brand. “Just before Christmas last year we collaborated with Morgan Motor Company, and together we launched a limited edition fragrance with their branding. Morgan represents great craftsmanship and attention to detail, a brand we are very proud to be associated with.”

Mr. Kollen can reveal that they are currently developing a shaving cream based on their award winning fragrance. “We have had the first sample back from the lab which the team has been trying out for the last week, and the feedback has been great! I am very much looking forward to bringing this product to market later this year, as I truly believe this might become our best selling product.”
