Let it snow
New for 2018, join us at the festive display on the middle mall to watch our magical festive snowfall every half an hour from 10am to 7pm every day until Christmas eve.

Here comes Santa
Santa will be greeting children, snapchatting the elves and ringing his bell every weekend and the week before Christmas, so make sure the little ducklings have their wish lists ready.

Post your letter to Santa
Post your letter to Santa in his post box in the festive display on the middle mall (before Wednesday 19 December) and they’ll receive a reply from Santa and a free Santa stop here sign (whilst stocks last). We’ll fly it off to the North Pole super quick, so his little helpers can get cracking with the pressies.

Selfie sleigh
Grab your family and friends and take a photo in our reindeer selfie sleigh festive area outside River Island, share them on FacebookTwitter or Instagram tagging @intuPotteries and you could win a £100 intu Gift Card. Terms and conditions apply.

Be the greatest gifter
Let friends and family pull a cracker on a great gift this Christmas with an intu Gift Card, the gift of choice for savvy shoppers. Give them the gift of over 70 shops and restaurants and let them get the gift that they really want.

If customers purchase an in intu Gift Card in November and December they will receive a film for themselves, and the recipient worth £5.49 each. (whilst stocks last).

Shop till you see the stars
Whether customers want to catch a late Christmas movie, a fun get together with friends or tick off those final few presents, they can do it all thanks to our late-night openings visit to find our opening hours.
