Solihull’s Argentinean restaurant, Fiesta del Asado has been nominated by The Restaurant & Bar Design Awards in the ‘Biophilic’ Design category.
The Restaurant & Bar Design Awards is a globally recognised competition dedicated to the design of food and beverage spaces, with entries from over 70 countries.
Lasan Group’s second Fiesta del Asado venue, which opened in late 2018, was designed by Melony Spencer, CEO of renowned Midlands design agency Spencer Swinden. A delighted Melony remarked “We’re ecstatic to be shortlisted for such a prestigious award and are so proud of this project. It has truly been a labour of love for us; every inch of the space we’ve created breathes life into and connects guests with the concept’s fun, fiery, organic and elegant narrative”
Operations Manager Diego Perez commented “We’re honoured to be considered alongside such spectacular brands and design concepts, and so pleased to see Mel and her team’s limitless imagination, creativity and hard work being recognised. As an Argentinean, it was important that Fiesta’s vibe really captured the essence of my country’s dining culture, and the result, quite simply makes me feel right at home. We look forward to the awards ceremony on October 3rd with optimistic excitement.
