Entries open for Chamber Business Awards 2016

10 Reasons to Enter Awards Photo 1The annual Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce Business Awards are now open for entries from businesses across the two counties.

Now in their 15th year, the Awards celebrate the success, innovation and hard work of businesses in the two counties and provide the opportunity for local, regional and national recognition.

Applications are open until Friday 15 April in the following categories:

  • Commitment to People Development – sponsored by University of Worcester*
  • Education and Business Partnership – sponsored by West Midland Reserve Forces and Cadets*
  • Entrepreneur of the Year – sponsored by Handelsbanken
  • Excellence in Customer Service – sponsored by Orchard Valley Foods*
  • Excellence in Innovation – sponsored by Central Technology Belt
  • Exporter of the Year – sponsored by Malvern Instruments*
  • High Growth Business of the Year – sponsored by Hewett Recruitment*
  • Manufacturer of the Year – sponsored by QinetiQ
  • Most Promising New Business – sponsored by mfg Solicitors
  • Small Business of the Year – sponsored by Worcestershire Business Central*
  • Overall Business of the Year (Winners of winners) – sponsored by Sanlam

*The following categories will be entered into the National British Chambers of Commerce Awards

Winners will be announced at a black tie awards ceremony, sponsored by Sanlam, on Thursday 9 June at the University of Worcester Arena. Colin Jackson, Olympic Silver Medallist, will be the keynote speaker and several local charities will be supported on the night.
