Midland agents CPBigwood have won the property management contract for a major residential scheme in Coventry.
The firm, acting on behalf of a freehold investor client, will be handling a complex of 119 flats and 146 houses in Mile Lane, Parkside, just outside the city centre and close to the university.
Robert Simonds, residential service charge partner at CPBigwood, said: “The location has excellent access to the city centre and this, together with the nearby A444 which provides easy links to the national motorway network, makes it an ideal place to live for people who work within Coventry or further afield.
“The A46 places it within a 20 minute drive of Warwick, Leamington and Stratford-upon-Avon.”
The scheme features a large square which incorporates relaxation areas and play facilities for children, and provides a focus to the site, so setting it apart from most modern developments.
Mr Simonds said: “It is heavily landscaped which provides both privacy and a pleasant outlook for the apartments. All this makes it particularly popular.
“Our appointment further enhances the portfolio which we manage within Coventry, and it is hoped that this will be the first of many additional sites.”
It highlighted CPBigwood’s continued expansion and represented an early success for 2013, he added.
