A reputation for exceptional reliability has led to Staffordshire builder Xtenda being recognised in the West Midlands Building Excellence Awards.
Stone-based Xtenda has been shortlisted in the Best Partnership with a Local Authority Building Control Team category.
Xtenda employ the best tradespeople they can find and are so confident in their services that they guarantee a fixed price before jobs are commenced – there are no hidden extras ever.
The company’s attention to detail has led to a glowing testimonial from Building Control Inspectors in the Cannock and Stafford area, who say: “Xtenda’s standards are always very high. We have never had an issue on site and they are always very happy to comply. The company will always make contact with us if there is anything on site, or on plans, they want to clarify.”
Xtenda Director John Davidson said: “We pride ourselves in getting it right 100 per cent of the time and we never leave a job unless the customer is completely satisfied.
“I’m delighted that our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has resulted in Xtenda reaching the finals of the West Midlands Building Excellence Awards.”
The annual awards programme is led by the West Midlands regional Local Authority Building Control teams. They celebrate excellence and assess how participants worked to meet building control standards against exacting standards in areas including compliance, innovation and problem solving.
An awards ceremony will be held at the Telford International Centre on Friday, 7 July. The winners from each region go through to a national final later in the year.
