Award-winning digital marketing agency Clevercherry has launched a new licence-built website platform for the housebuilding industry, after a significant growth in clients in the sector.

Clevercherry, a fully-integrated agency that specialises in digital, brand and design, has created Property HQ; an innovative product designed to revolutionise the way developers market and sell their properties online.

Developed by a team of industry experts and senior Clevercherry marketing professionals, Property HQ is available for a monthly licence fee and incorporates the latest technology to provide the optimum digital package for new housebuilders – including Help to Buy, Stamp Duty and mortgage repayment calculators, a data analytics dashboard and interactive site plans.

The agency has appointed a dedicated team to manage Property HQ and service its growing client roster of businesses in the commercial and residential property sector.

“Property HQ has been developed to offer the perfect digital arena for housebuilders to showcase their homes,” said Nigel Wilson, managing director of Clevercherry. “It is specifically designed to help developers achieve their sales targets by capturing visitor data and enabling open dialogue with their customers online.”

It is the latest move in what has been a year of growth and investment for the Gas Street based company, which works with leading brands across a wide range of sectors, including hospitality, manufacturing, charity and education.

The company has appointed five new members of staff – a creative artworker and two web developers, as well as a business development manager and account director for Property HQ – taking the team to over 25. It has also unveiled its new branding, website and the refurbishment of its Birmingham headquarters.

“Since the business launched as a digital agency 20 years ago, it has been growing year on year, but this year has seen particularly strong growth, with new clients and new staff to cope with demand,” continued Nigel.

“It seemed the ideal time to celebrate this with launching new branding of our own and the creative team has been working hard to develop a bold identity that reflects what we as a business are about. We’re very excited with the new brand launch and to begin a great new chapter in our evolution.”

Clevercherry works with a number of national brands. It recently welcomed Busy Bees nursery group and has brewing giant Marston’s and builders’ merchants group Wolseley UK, as well as Cameron/Galliers Homes and Yale, among its long-standing clients.
