Carlyle secures new tenant for prestigious Colmore Plaza

Global alternative asset manager The Carlyle Group (“Carlyle”), announces that it has secured Robert Half International, a leading professional services recruitment firm, as its latest tenant at Colmore Plaza, Carlyle’s prime office development in Birmingham city centre.

Colmore Plaza is one of the highest specification office buildings outside London and one of the only buildings in Birmingham to hold a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating for its highly efficient design. Robert Half International will join other tenants at Colmore Plaza, which include Amey, Williams de Broe, Davis Langdon, Orega, Aedas and Grant Thornton.

Robert Half International is relocating from its current offices on Cherry Street, in Birmingham city centre, with the fit out of the third floor space due to commence in June, with the office being ready for occupation in August.
