Black Country insurance broker announces expansion plans

david-johnstonA major expansion is being planned at a Black Country insurance broker in a bid to increase their client base and trigger growth of £1million.

Bosses at Halesowen based Johnston, Park, McAndrew are planning to take on new staff as they look to sharpen up areas of the business.

The plans include a dedicated team to look after small to medium sized business, a key area the firm wants to continue to offer support. The restructure will also free up brokers to provide a more dedicated service for larger clients.

Two new staff are being drafted in as part of the move which aims to grow the company’s client base by 100 over the next 12 months and generate £1million worth of extra business.

David Johnston, managing director at Johnston Park McAndrew, said:

“We want to give a premier service to all of our clients but some have very different needs to others. The restructure is about bringing in new, experienced staff to focus on the smaller to medium sized clients, while growing other areas of the business at the same time.

“We’re very much looking forward to bringing in some new faces to the company and hope our clients will reap the benefits of that investment.”

The company, based at Trinity Point in New Road, Halesowen, recently hit the headlines for its continued investment in its apprenticeship scheme.

Johnston Park McAndrew has a track record of delivering best practice services and accurate advice and puts their client-facing staff through their Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications to maintain the highest standards.
