The book is for Senior Executives, Business Owners and Directors alike to prepare emotionally and financially for retirement so they can live a meaningful, rich and fulfilling life.

The book ‘Retireability’ was spurred on by his experience with guiding hundreds of executives into retirement and his Father’s lack of retirement. Nick has a healthy fascination with the psychology that surrounds this period of our lives, and passionate for helping others maximise hard earnt wealth by living a life they want to live.

The formal launch took place at the beautiful Hampton Manor, where invited guests enjoyed a high tea, champagne toast and a personalised book from Henwood Court.

“It was a great day enjoyed by all, the book will prove invaluable for any executive approaching retirement.”

Commented Alan Vurlan  – a client of Henwood Court: “Nick has helped hundreds of clients navigate their way through to a successful retirement and has witnessed the highs and the lows this massive life change can have”.

Having worked in the finance industry his whole career, Nick founded Henwood Court a Chartered Financial Planning business in 2005, based in Sutton Coldfield.

“It was a real pleasure to have everyone who has helped me make the book a reality in one room to thank them all for their support – I am truly grateful to everyone” commented Nicholas Platt, Managing Director of Henwood Court.

As part of the book launch, Henwood Court announced for every book purchased they will be donating £1 to their charity of the year which is the Sutton Coldfield YMCA.
