Auriga announces new team structure

To further improve its operations and position itself for future growth, Auriga Services – the not-for-profit charity provider – is pleased to announce expansion of its business development & marketing team.

The Sutton Coldfield-based charity has bolstered its team and established dedicated roles to facilitate 15 new contract wins in the last 12 months to assist vulnerable people facing financial hardship.

Rachael Bestwick, is a key member of the team as bid writer and is responsible for compiling new tender opportunities as well as analysing where funding support is best directed.
Business development executive Luke Arnold will play a key role in identifying new business support opportunities and leads for Auriga as well as nurturing new connections that drive the industry towards increased customer funding.

Laura Towler has recently joined the team as Senior Business Development Manager, with specific focus on the water sector. Formerly with Severn Trent, Laura will be building new partnerships with UK water companies to support more customers in need of financial assistance.

Auriga’s commercial director Carol Arnold will oversee the continued development of the team to deliver the company’s overall vision – to have helped two million vulnerable people by 2020.

Carol comments: “We’re going through an extremely exciting stage of company growth and we’re well on track to deliver on our vision.

“We’re excited to be working with new clients this year and the development of our new team structure is part of our strategy and a commitment to our nationwide clients that we invest in our people to further improve on the services we offer.”
