The company specialise in website design, branding, print marketing and digital marketing. With turnover up over 50% this year and a team of 17, the agency is going from strength to strength.
Recent account wins include two family-run groups of businesses – Morris & Co Ltd and Rubery Owen Holdings Ltd.
Clear have been working with Morris & Co since 2015, a business which dates back to 1869 and spans the property, care, site machinery and estates sectors. Clear have developed a number of websites for the group, including Morris Care, Morris Property and Morris Site Machinery. Recent months have seen new contracts and increased budgets for digital marketing across a number of the group’s brands – including Search Engine Optimisation and Pay Per Click advertising.

Rubery Owen are based in Darlaston, West Midlands, and have a 131-year history. Their brands include everything from chemical blending and formulation, materials testing and cleaning solutions, to grass machinery and cars. Clear are in the process of developing a number of the group’s websites, with Techtron and Rotech the first to go live, earlier this year, followed by Burrows GM in May.
As well as web design, Clear are undertaking various other projects for the group’s brands, including print advertising, branding, digital marketing, social media, and signage.

With turnover at record levels, Clear have also taken on four new employees – two web developers, George English and Mike Read, and two account managers, Andy Brown and Russell Welch.
Both George and Mike are developers with plenty of industry experience. George has impressed with his ability to create websites that look and function just as they should – he has the kind of attention to detail clients love. Mike’s been developing since he was 13 and specialises in database design and optimisation.
Andy and Russell have been brought on to look after clients, with Andy mainly working on web design projects and Russell focussing on digital marketing. Andy previously worked at Fruit of the Loom and also has project management experience in the financial services sector. Russell is a former history teacher with four years’ experience in search engine optimisation, pay per click advertising and copywriting. He’s also an AdWords Certified Google Partner.
