Lots under the hammer at next property auction in Nottingham

Savills next commercial and residential property auction will take place on Thursday 2nd September at 2.30pm at the Nottingham Racecourse, Colwick. 

Chris Charlton, Auctioneer, will be offering more than 40 commercial and residential lots on the day and comments: “the September auction is already attracting strong interest from a wide range of purchasers across Nottingham and the Midlands “. 

He adds: “A wide geographic spread and good range of values should ensure strong interest and opportunities for all – both first time buyers, some properties are guided as low as £25,000 – to a substantial dormer bungalow in Arnold with a guide of £250,000 to £300,000”.

Other lots sure to create interest include a Thatched Cottage at Coton in the Clay, Ashbourne guided at £100,000 to £120,000 and a canal side property at Langley Mill (subject to an Assured Shorthold Tenancy) at a guide of £100,000 to £120,000.

Commercial lots have proved very popular in recent sales and entries already generating significant interest in this sale include a substantial Grade II office building with potential for conversion to residential (subject to planning) guided at £100,000+ and a small commercial development plot in Bulwell town centre, offered at a guide of £25,000 – £50,000.
