Three members of CPBigwood’s property management team, Adrian Archer, Matthew Harris and Lynn Wadding, are celebrating exam success.
All have passed the Institute of Residential Property Management Part 1 Examination, a career milestone.
It means they step up from affiliate level with the Institute to Associate.
Brett Williams, partner in the Residential Service Charge department of CPBigwood, said: “I congratulate them – it is an important marker on the road to building their experience and knowledge.
“Each is showing great promise and I am sure they have an excellent future ahead of them.”
Matthew and Lynn are based in Birmingham while Adrian operates out of the Stratford-upon-Avon office.
Meanwhile Adele Tripe has passed the Technicians Level of the Association of Accounting Technicians and is now a fully qualified member.
