A Shropshire woman has launched a bespoke service that aims to
help small businesses in the county increase their sales.
Julie Sheehan, of Shrewsbury, who has over 30 years' experience
in professional call handling and data base management, has set up
'Its Your Call' to provide a personalised phone answering service
to ensure that enquiries and referrals are not wasted.
Julie commented: "Research shows that around 80% of people do
not leave a message when asked to do so by an answer phone, quite
often losing a valuable sales opportunity for the company
concerned.
"We provide a selective service to monitor calls, as and when
needed, only passing on genuine enquiries and thereby dealing with
unwanted cold calls, wrong numbers and saving businesses a lot of
wasted time and frustration.
"Its Your Call offers a virtual reception service providing full
call-divert management and thereby adding a professional image to
the company it represents, while at the same time saving the cost
of a full time employee.
"Our unique selling point is that clients are only charged for
the texts or emails we send to them following a genuine call, after
having filtered out the rest.
"While we are a virtual service, we are focussing our attention
on supporting the local business community as we are based in
Shrewsbury."
