National commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has let a high quality office to one of the UK's leading affordable housing construction companies.

Wates Living Space has moved into Garden Court in the grounds of Lockington Hall close to Junction 24 of the M1 in Lockington, Derby. The 2,057 sq ft single storey office, with 19 car parking spaces, is within the old walled garden of Lockington Hall, which is owned by private clients of LSH.

Wates Living Space builds or refurbishes 30,000 affordable homes annually, and has offices throughout the UK.
