Offering first time buyers a chance to speak freely with independent financial advisors (IFA)  and experienced sales advisors, the open weekend is aimed at giving first time buyers an insight into the current property market.

Visitor levels more than doubled in January at Park Central, with approximately 60 per cent of the visitors being first time buyers.
