A Staffordshire web design company has lots to celebrate this month. Cyberzia is celebrating its tenth anniversary and marking the occasion with record client wins, a record year of growth increasing the business by 20% over the last year and launching an apprentice scheme to help aspiring web design talent across the region get their first step on the career ladder.

Over the past ten years Cyberzia has successfully ridden the highs and lows of the internet's growth and continues to work with many local as well as international companies including new clients DJH Accountants, George Birchall Ltd and Congleton Town Council, for whom the company has just launched a new website connecting more closely to the businesses and residents across the local area in which it operates.

The new apprentice scheme, which hopes to see its first recruit in the first quarter of 2012 is the brainchild of Cyberzia's Managing Director, Simon Nicklin who said: "With record client wins and a growing business, even in a recession, this is a great way of celebrating our tenth birthday. The last quarter have been the best three months this year in terms of income and due to our continued success in the public sector we now have a growing team at our base in Clarence Road, Longton to which we are searching for two new members of staff in sales and web development. This number is set to grow in the next year as we start to recruit young people on to the apprentice scheme and also recruit more customer service and admin staff."

The apprentice scheme will involve all things web and social media related - not just for Cyberzia but also for clients that Cyberzia creates and hosts websites for and anyone wishing to apply for the apprentice scheme or other positions should contact Simon Nicklin or Nicola Green on 01782 333535 or email enquiries@cyberzia.net.

Simon Nicklin adds: "We're very proud of what we've achieved over the years and I'm sure that the next 10 years will bring even greater rewards. Going forward into the next ten years we hope to recruit more staff and grow further, developing our services into being more of a design/brand led company assisting clients in their brand development. We are also looking forward to welcoming our first apprentice as I am sure they will add to the team mix bringing a new perspective, with bags of enthusiasm."
