The past 12 months have marked a record trading year for
Lichfield based Bullwell Trailer Solutions and with another two new
deals signed it doesn't appear the growth is at any risk of
slowing.
The independently owned trailer repair and maintenance
specialist reports that turnover has increased by nearly £1.1
million, from £5.6 million (2010) to £6.6 million
(2011) - a figure that Bullwell attributes to the company's
investment in new technologies and facilities, along with the
increased services offered.
Gary Bulley, managing director at Bullwell Trailer Solutions
says: "At Bullwell we are adding quality to the trailer industry
and that is something which I'm incredibly proud to be part of. To
have increased our turnover by more than one £1 million is a
brilliant achievement and shows that investing in the future of the
company really does pay dividends in the long run.
"During the past year, we have not only installed an on-site ATF
(Authorised Testing Facility) but we have also invested a
significant sum into our PDA (Personal Digital Assistant)
technology which has resulted in Bullwell becoming a 100 per cent
paperless company. Alongside this we have invested in new vans to
ensure our fleet meets the Euro 5 emissions standard, in-keeping
with the green policies on which Bullwell was founded."
Proving Bullwell will continue to move forward in 2012, the
company has announced a new business deal with Axis Intermodal.
Additionally, a deal has been agreed with Jaguar Land Rover and
Dawson's Vehicle Rentals for the maintenance of their ever
increasing fleet of trailers.
Gary continues: "To be working with two new clients in 2012 is a
real privilege and something we are all very much looking forward
to. These are two highly respected companies and the fact they wish
to work with the team at Bullwell demonstrates the quality of the
service we offer. Working with Axis Intermodal, Jaguar Land Rover
and Dawson's Vehicle Rentals will further bolster our position as a
leader in the industry and is a great recognition of the hard work
all Bullwell employees have put in to ensure the company is
regarded as reliable, efficient and top quality.
"When we first started out back in 2006, many people believed
that a mobile HGV repair and maintenance service wouldn't bring us
the rewards we wanted but it has been a delight to build up the
company and see it prosper in the way that it has. I am confident
that 2012 will bring further rewards and we will continue to build
on the success of the last 12 months."
Bullwell specialises in the provision of trailer repair and
maintenance solutions. Its mobile network of 50 engineers extends
across the UK reaching from Exeter to Glasgow.
Bullwell Trailer Solutions Ltd, which employs 90 people, is now
looking forward to the next 12 months and predicts further growth
in 2012 - with a projected turnover in excess of £8 million
by the year end.
