A Dudley estate agent which has defied the property slump during the last three years is toasting New Year success after teaming up national chain Move With Us.

Trinity Property believes its latest expansion plan will help "build for the future" as the housing market emerges from the economic squeeze.

Move with Us is the largest agency group in the UK, giving Trinity Property, in Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, access to new sale properties for and potential buyers.

Director of Trinity, Eric Morse-Brown, said his company had remained "incredibly stable" throughout the last few years as the business was built primarily on lettings - a booming market.
