A new Staffordshire-based property company is really motoring after striking a deal with car leasing specialists Flexible Vehicle Contracts.

The Anglesey Group - a property management, development and investment company - was recently launched by managing director Jonathan Pritchard following a £6 million bank finance deal.

Jonathan, son of well-known property entrepreneur Fred Pritchard, has ambitious plans for the Cannock-based venture. It immediately takes over the management of over 200 properties.

The business contract hire deal with Flexible Vehicle Contracts, of Barton-Under-Needwood, means that Jonathan and his property maintenance team have a small fleet of reliable vehicles to help them manage and maintain properties across the region. The vehicles supplied were two VW Caddy 1.6D Bluemotion vans and a Toyota Hilux 3.0D pick-up.
