Neighbouring office suites ‘perfect for small business’

Neighbouring first floor office suites in a busy Droitwich town centre location could be perfect for two small businesses or a single, larger tenant, according to agents Halls Commercial.

The two vacant office suites are situated opposite St Andrew's Square Shopping Centre, which has recently undergone a refurbishment, and are above occupied ground floor retail units.

Victoria Square, Droitwich, is an established business district with many high street banks and building societies, a post office, library and a medical centre nearby.

Number 8, Victoria Square, is a self-contained office suite that measures a total of 428 sq ft, comprising two offices (258 sq ft and 170 sq ft) and toilet facilities. It is available at a rent of £4,500 per annum.

Next door is 6 Victoria Square, which has recently been fully refurbished throughout. Measuring a total of 764 sq ft, the suite has four offices, ranging between 87 sq ft and 349 sq ft, and toilet facilities. It is being marketed with a rent of £7,500 per annum.

Both premises are available for immediate occupation on a new lease through Halls Commercial's Worcester office.

Charlotte Fullard, senior surveyor at Halls Commercial, said: "The Victoria Square office suites are in a prime town centre location. The first floor accommodation would be ideal for two separate small businesses or it could be occupied by one tenant."

Halls Commercial provides specialist commercial property services to a wide range of clients throughout the Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire and wider Midlands region. To view the premises, contact Halls Worcester of 01905 720104 or email commercial@hallsworcester.com.
