Minworth Trade Park has continued to attract major names and
widen their mix of tenants with the latest lettings to VBH (GB),
Window Fitters Mate and Benchmarx.
Arguably, the fastest growing trade park in the UK following the
completion of the latest phase of 47,000 sq ft these latest
lettings have helped to keep up the momentum of growth. The weekly
customer flow has now reached approximately 5,000.
VBH (GB), have recently taken occupation at Minworth Trade Park
which is now home to an impressive mix of seventeen occupiers which
is helping to improve it's profile across the UK.
Bryan Bickersteth, Sales Manager at VBH (GB), said: "We supply
pretty much everything needed to manufacture and install windows
and doors. The 7,819 sq ft unit at Minworth will house our national
Architectural Aluminium Division as well as act as a sales office
for the Midlands region. It's location in the centre of the

Window Fitters Mate, part of SIG UK Exteriors has also chosen
Minworth Trade Park for their latest branch having signed up on
5,698 sq ft. Window Fitters Mate are the UK's leading independent
specialist materials supplier to window fitters, builders, window
companies and related trade customers.
Chris Collins, Branch Manager at Window Fitters Mate commented:

the largest branch network of its kind in the UK and Minworth with

Benchmarx, specialist kitchens and joinery brand and part of the
Travis Perkins Group have taken a new unit of 5,220 sq ft.The
new branch provides expert advice, as well as a great range of
stocked rigid kitchens, appliances, worktops, doors, flooring,
sinks and taps and a delivery service.
Chris Davies, Branch Manager at Benchmarx, commented: "We
are very excited to have expanded our offering to new and existing
customers in Minworth."
Minworth Trade Park now totals over 250,000 sq ft in 34 units
and is already home to major occupiers such as Magnet, Screw Fix,
City Plumbing, Howdens, Plumb Center, Peter Posh Formal Suit Hire
and Susie Watson Designs.
