Leading property advisor The Vinden Partnership (TVP) has appointed Ian Burnell as Midlands Regional Director leading the firm's building and quantity surveying team from its Nottingham office.

Ian has recently finished a project as a consultant to the utilities infrastructure company, Fulcrum. Ian lead a project to conclude the commercial settlement of various legacy contracts, and another project to procure new replacement framework contracts to meet the company's new business operating model for the next five years.

Ian has worked for both contractors and client organisations including Balfour Beatty, Laing O'Rourke and Anglian Water. He has also worked for various smaller contracting companies as commercial director and more recently as operations director.  His experience extends to the building, civil engineering, utilities and marine engineering sectors of the construction industry.
