Morris Property is delighted to announce that design and technology products company, Technology Supplies Ltd, has agreed a 15 year lease for a 'Design and Build' warehouse and office premises at its Battlefield development, Shrewsbury.

Situated on the north side of Shrewsbury, within the town's principal commercial area, the new warehouse and offices will be the largest commercial development on the site for several years, with approximately two acres of the six available dedicated to the build. The Battlefield development will bring together staff from the two current Technology Supplies sites in Market Drayton to one single location.

Gordon Campbell, managing director of Technology Supplies Ltd, commented: "Moving to the new facility and having all employees under one roof will help us to achieve greater operational efficiency. It will also give us room to grow and match our aspirations for the coming years.

"We have worked seamlessly with the experts at Morris Property to develop our design and build package and are looking forward to moving the company forward in 2012 and beyond. Relocating to these new, modern premises is the first step towards this goal."

With a wealth of experience spanning 25 years, Technology Supplies Ltd has built an outstanding international reputation for supplying quality and affordable products, serving all areas of the education sector, from primary schools to universities. Going from strength to strength since its establishment, the company has developed its portfolio from initially supplying materials for use in the Design and Technology curriculum to now include supplies for Food Technology, Textiles, Art, Graphics and Engineering, whilst consistently providing a quality after care service.

Boasting a wide customer base, both within the UK and internationally, as far afield as the Far and Middle East, Technology Supplies Ltd also offers a full project management and installation service for brand new or refurbished workshops, supported by a team of highly trained engineers, helping schools and other education facilities comply with Health and Safety obligations.

Robin Morris, chairman of Morris Property, said: "We are very proud that such a successful international company has seen the benefits of working with a multi-disciplined property division such as ours, bringing their vision together with our expertise to achieve a springboard for their growth in 2012. We wish Technology Supplies the very best in their new premises."

The Technology Supplies Ltd development at Battlefield currently has a target completion date of late February next year, with Technology Supplies Ltd intending to move to the site in March 2012. Morris Property's Battlefield site offers a further four acres of prime commercial development opportunities.
