Cotswold Family Law has delivered its commitment to providing the very best legal advice, with the appointment of respected family specialist, Anna North who has joined from Brethertons Solicitors.

Anna qualified in 1993 and brings with her a wealth of experience in matrimonial finance and collaborative law. She is a mediator, a Resolution Accredited Specialist and a member of the North Oxfordshire Collaborative Law Group.

This new appointment is part of a strategic plan by Cotswold Family Law to continue to grow and develop its expert Family Law specialism. Anna will be at the forefront of delivering mediation services for clients in line with the new Government rules that affect couples who are contesting the terms of their separation. A mediation session is now required as part of any court application involving an argument over children or finances.

Anna's appointment marks the firms one-year anniversary and follows the recent move to new rural headquarters at Springfield Farm in Brailes, Oxfordshire. Together with Nicky Gough and Helen Inskip, the team have many years of combined experience in all areas of family law.

Anna says: "I'm delighted and very excited to have joined the practice and to be given the opportunity to take part in the development of the firm and its continued success. Cotswold Family Law is expanding to meet the demands of clients and I was keen to seize the opportunity to join.  This is a fabulous move for me and I relish the opportunity to support and grow the business."

Nicky Gough, who established Cotswold Family Law explains: "I am extremely pleased that Anna has joined us, as a much respected family solicitor and mediator, she has a prominent profile in the family law sector and her appointment will prove a substantial asset to our practice. This appointment comes at an important time for Cotswold Family Law with increasing demand from clients and just one year after our official launch."
