A local business consultancy is celebrating the success of its first series of FREE business seminars, with more planned over the coming months.

Shropshire-based Horizons Consultants has launched a series of seminars entitled 'Five Steps to Growing Your Business', aimed at providing business owners across the region with practical advice on increasing their bottom line and, ultimately, achieving success.

The seminars are led by Horizons' Director Alan Adams and bring together businesses from a cross-section of the local entrepreneurial community, looking at topics including the power of small changes, the life-cycle of every business, and reasons why businesses fail to grow. 

Alan Adams, Director of Horizons, explained: "There are some fantastic businesses in Shropshire, some of which have been through some really tough times over the past couple of years, and are in need of just a little positive encouragement and guidance. We understand the huge pressures businesses are under to not only survive but to grow and thrive, which is why we decided to launch these free seminars.

"We are thrilled at the response we've had so far, with past attendees highlighting the value of the sessions in helping them to understand exactly what they want to achieve as a business, and giving them realistic steps to help them succeed in reaching these goals. Ultimately, all businesses want to be as profitable as possible, and we can help by offering advice on how to generate positive leads, how to increases sales from existing customers, and other core business needs such as effective time management and marketplace analysis.
