Four Oaks House, a prominent office building in the prestigious
Four Oaks area of Sutton Coldfield, has secured IT Performs as
their newest tenant following the decision by Care Monitoring 2000
to expand within the building.
IT Performs, the business intelligence consultancy, have taken
2,154 sq ft of first floor accommodation which has been refurbished
by the Landlord, Threadneedle. The refurbishment of further
accommodation has now commenced.
Glen Westlake, CEO of IT Performs, explained: "We are expanding
rapidly and chose Four Oaks House due to the quality of space on
offer and its prominent position."
"We are relocating from Streetly and preferred to be north of
Sutton Coldfield Town Centre to avoid traffic issues."
Richard Al-Chalabi, Operations Director at Care Monitoring 2000,
who have taken an additional 2,500 sq ft within the building
concurred: "Four Oaks House offers good quality space and the
Landlords commitment to the building encouraged us to expand within
it."
"Its proximity to Four Oaks Railway Station importantly
linking us to Lichfield and Sutton Coldfield Town Centre is also a
major benefit."
Andrew Burley of Burley Browne, joint letting agents with Jones
Lang LaSalle, explained: "It is really encouraging that these
tenants have chosen Four Oaks House to expand their businesses. We
currently have suites of 1,365 sq ft, 2,097 sq ft and 3,619
sq ft available."
"At a time when most Landlords are not prepared to incur
expenditure it is refreshing that this is not the case here
and I'm sure this will help to secure further occupiers for the
building."
Four Oaks House is Asset Managed by Collingwood Rigby LLP on
behalf of Threadneedle.
