CPBigwood doubles its Warwickshire property management team

The Warwickshire property management team of estate agents CPBigwood has doubled in size to cope with an increase in business.

Adrian Archer and Maurice Cleaver join property managers Peter Jordan and James Ironmonger in a team of four which has been boosted to serve clients in Warwickshire, Oxfordshire and The Cotswolds from CPBigwood's offices in Stratford-upon-Avon and Henley-in-Arden.

CPBigwood has one of the largest property management consultancies outside of London and manages some 15,000 flats and apartments in 450 developments across the country.

In 2011 the firm's property management division has announced major contract wins including St George's Park in Stafford for Bovis Homes, Birmingham's Park Central complex, Goldicote Hall on Banbury Road, The Ridgeway, 16/17 Warwick Road in Stratford-upon-Avon, Ettington Grange, Banbury Road, Ettington, and Beaudesert Park, Henley-in-Arden.

Peter Jordan said: "Over the past year, the property management department has increased the number of properties which it has managed, and this has resulted in two additional property managers in Stratford-upon-Avon to handle the increasing workload.

"In addition, the recent merger has provided additional support to the team from the new offices of CPBigwood in central Birmingham. This can only improve the services offered to local residents.

"The increased number of locally based property managers means we can use the additional resources available in Birmingham to allow a more 'hands-on' approach and higher on-site profile for our long established clients.

"The expansion of the property management team, supported by additional resources within the wider business, will ensure that the properties and developments which we manage will see improvements in the quality of service which they receive.

"The larger organisation formed by the merger can only help in providing increased resources to maintain our position as the pre-eminent property management team in the town and county."

CPBigwood was formally launched on September 1 with the merger of Bigwood and Curry & Partners having taken place earlier in the year.
