A rise in demand for property in Coventry has seen the
appointment of a new valuer to Brian Holt's city centre office to
help tackle the increased workload.
City born and raised Gary Sproul has joined the team after 23
years in estate agency in Coventry.
His New Year appointment follows a healthy autumn and winter at
the city centre office - with sales, viewings, requests for
valuations and mailing list applications on the rise.
Gary explained: "I have joined the city centre team to be one of
three valuers to cope with the increasing valuation appointments
booked by the sales team each day. My knowledge and experience of
the city and surrounding areas will be a huge asset to the company
and I look forward to increasing our already dominant market
share.
"With the base rate of interest still being low and continuing
to be so for the foreseeable future, Brian Holt has seen
confidence grow in the market place, with the focus being on
realistic asking prices. Therefore the current climate remains
stable with people now looking to upsize their home or move to
better areas.
"I made the move to Brian Holt be part of the number one
agent in Coventry and I wanted to work for a well known and
respected independent estate agency with a strong brand and
established name locally."
